Unagi — Grilled Eel (Asakusa, Japan)

I love Unagi served on a bed of rice with a reddish wooden bowl. The way they present is so pretty. The grilled eel fillets are glazed with the caramelized unagi sauce. My chopsticks dig into unagi and rice, then send it to my mouth. You cannot believe how creamy and how soft that is.That is sensational. Also, the unagi sauce is perfectly light and really highlighted the eel. I feel a little bit of an eel euphoria. It is a gourmet delicacy.
